DELIVERY: All of our arrangements are made to order and hand delivered to the recipient. For special instructions, please indicate in your "delivery instructions" when placing your order. We CANNOT deliver at specific times unless the "TIMED DELIVERY" is purchased on the add on for special courier.
PICK-UP: Please indicate an estimated time of pick-up when placing your order and allow ample time for your arrangement to be carefully arranged and packaged. We cannot have arrangements made instantly upon your order. Please call the shop directly to check on availability.

Please keep in mind that no arrangement can be identical to the photos shown, although we always do our best to arrange them as similar as possible. As some flowers are seasonal, we may therefore substitute with fresh, in-season blooms if they are not available. Vase options may slightly vary depending on availability. For special instructions (ie. colors to avoid, religious or cultural rules, etc.) please indicate on your order. Thank you!
Replacement Policy:
If your flowers arrive damaged or not up to standards, we will happily replace it. Please notify us within 2 days via email with a photo and we will arrange for a replacement. After 2 days, we are unable to issue any credit or replacement for the purchase.

1. General Use
Digital gift cards may be used for purchases online through our website or in-store at our physical location. Physical gift cards are valid for in-store use only and cannot be redeemed online. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash and cannot be used to purchase other gift cards, except as required by law.
2. Expiration and Fees
Gift cards do not expire and are free from maintenance, activation, or service fees. However, we reserve the right to modify this policy with prior notice, as required by law.
3. Redemption
Digital gift cards can be redeemed online by entering the gift card ID at checkout, or in-store by presenting either the gift card ID or the barcode from the email to a store attendant. Physical gift cards must be presented at the time of purchase in-store only. Any remaining balance after a purchase will stay on the card for future use.
4. Delivery
Digital gift cards are delivered electronically via email to the recipient immediately after purchase. Please ensure the recipient’s email address is entered correctly, as we are not responsible for undelivered or misdirected cards due to incorrect information.
5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Cards
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards—digital or physical. Gift cards should be treated like cash. Unauthorized use will not be refunded or replaced.
6. Refunds and Exchanges
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by law. Any refunds or returns for purchases made with a gift card will be subject to the return policy of the store where the purchase was made.
7. Balance and Transaction History
You can check the balance and transaction history of your gift card by calling the store directly. A store representative will assist you with any questions related to your card.
8. Fraud and Abuse
We reserve the right to deactivate, reject, or cancel any gift card—digital or physical—if we suspect fraud, abuse, or a violation of these terms. Legal action may be taken where applicable.
9. Changes to Terms and Conditions
We may update these terms and conditions at any time. Any updates will be posted on our website and will apply to all current and future gift card use.

In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
