DELIVERY: All of our arrangements made to order and hand delivered to the recipient. For special instructions, please indicate in your "delivery instructions" when placing your order. We DO NOT deliver at specific times unless the "TIMED DELIVERY" is purchased on the add on.
PICK-UP: Please indicate an estimated time of pick-up when placing your order and allow ample time for your arrangement to be carefully arranged and packaged. We cannot have arrangements made instantly upon your order. Please call the shop directly to check on availability.

Please keep in mind that no arrangement can be identical to the photos shown, although we always do our best to arrange them as similar as possible. As some flowers are seasonal, we may therefore substitute with fresh, in-season blooms if they are not available. Vase options may slightly vary depending on availability. For special instructions (ie. colors to avoid, religious or cultural rules, etc.) please indicate on your order. Thank you!
Replacement Policy:
If your flowers arrive damaged or not up to standards, we will happily replace it. Please notify us within 2 days via email with a photo and we will arrange for a replacement. After 2 days, we are unable to issue any credit or replacement for the purchase.

Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

Not only are the flowers and presentation stunning, but customer service was top tier as well. Quick responses, great flexibility in terms of what you can do with arrangements and customization, and same day hand delivery was key. Very transparent with the description on the website and you’re really getting a quality product rather than a boxed unpredictable bouquet.

Esmes website was very easy to use! I ordered my last minute flowers around 7:30am and the beautiful bouquet was delivered to my sister in law around 9:30am that same day! Very fast service, would recommend!
